The location it offers is magnificent, not far from the Humber Bridge as well as the Fiveways roundabout.

The units are immaculate, absolutely perfect. Excellent service and the food is good.

The venue was clean and the staff were accommodating.

Booked a room with tv. The location was suburban, adjacent to bus station as well as the pub opposite. Besides, the property was 5 km away from St Luke's.

Neat building and rooms with tv. Good and unbeatable location very close to local restaurants / takeaways, bus station and a quiet residential area in a quiet area. About 15 minutes walk from St Nicholas.  

The room of place was spotless and cheap with private bathroom. Central heating and a TV set were available here. The location was absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice, just next door to communal areas, the Fiveways roundabout 

This was a good value and comfy hotel with a central location to the KCom stadium. Also, we were 3 km from our favourite spot Kcom Stadium.

Hotel was excellent value!

The location of the hotel was perfect, to attractions for access. The morning meal was savoury, including toast and cereal.

Enjoyable stay, well priced and comfy place. Breakfast for vegans. Fairly friendly, exceptionally nice staff with smiling face.

The hotel had indeed a good location to the KCom stadium. Besides, we were just off a quiet residential area.

One of the advantages - tidy rooms; they included shower facilities and bath sheets. The hotel was reasonably priced and perfect and in a suburban location adjacent to Close to bus stops straight into Hull centre, 

The hotel met every demand, I would like to stay longer. The location for Kingston upon Hull was marvellous, close enough to the Humber Bridge, local restaurants / takeaways, and Close to bus stops straight into Hull 

No complaints, we truly enjoyed this accommodation and do recommend. Came with our family, everything was brand-new. The location was marvellous, to the KCom stadium with easy access to a market and shops.  

The standard twin room was a nice size and newly remodelled with shower, the bed itself, as for instance. The location was comfortable and decent for Kingston upon Hull, close to Hull Fair, bus station and the centre 

The value for money at Pickering Park was excellent. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities. The hotel's location next to the park was a pleasant surprise, and the staff were friendly
